What are your session fees?

  • Individual (45 min) or Couples (80 min) sessions: $130–$400, depending on therapist experience

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx) and many HSA cards. Payment is due at time of service and processed online. Stephanie Cook

Yes. We offer a free 30-minute video consultation to discuss goals and determine therapist fit.

🏥 Insurance & Low‑Cost Options

Do you take insurance?
We are out-of-network with most insurance plans. You may be eligible for partial reimbursement—please contact your plan ahead of time using our insurance reimbursement worksheet.

How do I check out-of-network coverage?
For individual therapy, ask about CPT code 90834 and a likely diagnosis (e.g. F43.20 for adjustment disorder). For couples therapy, clarify rules—some insurers don't reimburse couples sessions.

Can I access low-cost counseling?

What is Gottman Couples Therapy?
This is an evidence-based, research-backed approach to strengthen relationships. We also offer preparatory premarital programs and discernment counseling.

How does online (video/phone) therapy work?
We use HIPAA-compliant Google Meet. Clients receive a secure session link before their appointment. You just need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. Privacy and effectiveness are on par with in-person therapy. Stephanie Cook
